Mastering The Basics

Pilates is all about alignment and control. It’s about doing the basics well. If you learn the basics the rest will follow. Everyone needs correction and guidance (even instructors!) so make sure you have someone to correct your form. It is far more important to master the basic core holds with an excellent technique, whether you are a beginner or advanced these are paramount to any Pilates session.
