LB Pilates on Demand

Hi guys,

I am so excited to launch LB Pilates on Demand. You can now work out with me live every day or catch up anytime from anywhere.

I have put together a 30-day programme which will transform you into the best version of yourself and make you feel stronger both physically and mentally.

The programme focuses on functional movements to realign and heal your body and will condition and build deep full body strength.

The low-impact programme is easy on your joints and suitable to everyone. It is perfect for any posture type and any fitness level.

Jos and I have loved connecting with so many people during lockdown and have been blown away with the response that we want to continue and grow our community and together achieve our goals.

What to expect

  • A 30minute (approx.) live session with Lou & Jos Monday – Friday
  • Access to all the videos on demand
  • Lou’s clear and precise cueing will ensure you are in the correct position to create long, lean and balanced bodies
  • Every session will challenge you, connect your mind and body and make you smile
