I have put together a prenatal calendar for you to follow during your pregnancy journey. It is so important to fully understand what your body physically needs right now as it goes through so much change and this calendar will help keep you strong, build pelvic stability and prepare you for birth and once bubba has arrived. It is suitable for all stages of pregnancy but specially designed for Trimester 2 and 3 when it is necessary to avoid all abdominal flexion i.e chest lifts / sit ups.
There will be a lot of focus on strengthening your glutes and hamstrings which is so important to support your back when you have a bump and carrying bubba. With the hormone relaxin in your body your pelvis and ligaments loosen so we do a lot of pelvic stability work. We also work on your arms, shoulders and obliques to get you strong for when bubba arrives.
