I like to start my client journey with an Initial Consultation (IC).

An IC allows me to get to know you and your body. We will go through any medical history, concerns, injuries and assess your posture and overall strength and flexibility.

I kindly ask for you to arrive 40 minutes early prior to your first session for your IC so that I can create a personal file with a programme unique to you based on your posture and individual goals, then we are ready to get going!
